It is the policy of Our Company to design and produce products and services that meet or exceed our customers’ requirements and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements. We accomplish this by adhering to our management system and operational methods that recognize customer satisfaction as a primary goal. Wabi is dedicated to providing a quality product to our clients with support from our QA/QC Manager.
 
Wabi understands that quality encompasses inspections and testing to ensure the integrity of materials, equipment and installations, and the maintenance of proper records for eventual turnover. Responsibility for quality control and quality assurance rests with Wabi. We work with our clients to develop the necessary quality control and assurance program to be consistent with their requirements. Wabi is responsible for Work Site inspection, testing and quality control.
 
The Wabi Construction Quality Control plan, program, and procedures will include appropriate Quality Control (QC) measures for all aspects of fabrication, assembly, construction, pre-commissioning and mechanical completion and will address such issues as:
 
  • Identify required QC activities, such as specific inspections and tests to be undertaken and included in an overall Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
  • Determine frequency of inspection.
  • Ensure that employees and subcontractors have properly trained QC personnel, and adequate QC tools and procedures before commencing work.
  • Provide documentation and document control including items such as inspection records and suitable filing of radiographic film.
  • Determine specified hold and witness points.
  • Develop procedures for calibration and use of inspection, measurement and test apparatus.
  • Provide a quality records management system.
