General Fabrication and AssemblyWabi has two fabrication shop facilities in Ontario. These two facilities allow Wabi Development to perform many design or manufacturing oriented tasks on an industrial scale. The facilities are within 5 km of the Trans Canada highway and within 5 km of a railway siding that is linked to both CN’s and CP's East West main lines.
Our shop capability (0 to 50 tons per week) is scalable and can efficiently complete large or small projects. We have the capability and experience to complete engineering and design, steel detailing, steel fabrication, specialty steels fabrication, and repairs. The two sites have a combined 14 acres, fabrication shop space (21,500 ft²), paint shop (2400 ft²), and sandblasting (3000 ft²).
Wabi maintains the following certifications for shop fabrication:
